Return & Refund Policy

At FaithForest, each product is thoughtfully formulated to deliver optimal results with complete transparency. We are confident you will love our products as much as we do. However, should you wish to return a product, please contact us, and our team will assist you through the process.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

* Incorrect product received
* Damaged product received
* Expired product received

If your order falls under any of the above categories, please raise a return or replacement request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery by emailing us at help@faithforest.com.

Please note that no return, refund, or claim will be accepted after the completion of seven (7) days from the delivery date.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review it within 48 hours. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner from your registered delivery address.

After the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it. If the reported issue is verified, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
