Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Below is how shipping works at FaithForest. If you have any questions at any point, email us at help@faithforest.com—we’re happy to help.


Processing Times

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on holidays/weekends begin processing the next business day.

  • During promotions or launches, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and real-time rates are shown at checkout. Typical transit times after dispatch are:

  • India (Domestic): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and carrier)

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier. Weather, customs, and carrier delays are outside our control but we’ll always support you if something goes wrong.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the link.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at help@faithforest.com with your order number and the correct address.

  • We can’t change the address once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

  • Damaged/wrong item received: Please inspect your order on arrival and email us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.

  • Delayed or lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.

  • FaithForest isn’t liable for shipments marked Delivered by the carrier, but we’ll assist with filing a claim where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Customs clearance can extend delivery times.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, we can reship to a corrected address once any reshipment fee is paid.

  • If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll process it per our Return & Refunds Policy (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking links when this happens.

Pre-orders & Backorders

  • Estimated ship dates for pre-order/backorder items appear on the product page or at checkout. Your card may be charged at purchase to reserve stock. Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are ready, unless we notify you otherwise.

In-Store Pickup / Local Delivery

  • Not available at this time.
